Abstract

Along with the development of technology today, data has a very important role. Sophisticated technological developments have resulted in a large amount of digital data stored in a storage medium. Moreover, if the data continues to be stored for an indefinite period of time until it reaches the maximum storage limit, the storage media will be full and cannot store other data. Data can be text, images, audio or even video. Data often has a very large size. For that we need a technique to change the size of the data to make it smaller. This technique is called compression or better known as data compression. Data compression is a process of converting a set of data into a coded form to save the need for data storage space. On this basis, the Design of a Document File Compression Application Using the Additive Code Algorithm is made so that it can help computer users to compress document files that were originally large to their smallest size

Abstract

The goal of this study is to implement the best employee selection decision support system (DSS) using simple additive weighting (SAW) methods. The advantage of a simple additive weighting method over other decision models is that SAW can choose the best alternative among several alternatives, also allowing for more accurate estimation because it is based on predetermined criteria and preference weights.  The decision support system for the best performance performance assessment of employees is designed using an object-oriented approach that usecase diagrams. So that it makes it easier to design the system created, and implemented by using the PHP programming language with MySql database so that the calculation process can be stored computerized using the database. System testing results using blackbox testing get 100% results in accordance with system functionality testing, and Technology Acceptence Model test results get 85.41% results then Technology Acceptence Model prototype Is Excellent for decision support systems for the selection of the best employees

Abstract

There are positive factors behind this program. In other words, a successful apprenticeship program can be a recruitment strategy that can be considered as a successful apprenticeship program can expand the reach to reach the best prospective workers. To solve this problem, a solution using data mining can help the problems above. One of the algorithms that will be used is the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm. By making an algorithm, it can help make it easier for users to determine the selection of the best prospective workers who will be sent abroad. The algorithm used for data classification in data mining is the K-NN algorithm, which is a classification of a set of data. The benefit of this research is to provide the advantages of a more effective and efficient alternative. For the apprentice selection recomundation system. By applying are criteria such as goals for prospective workers to be even better and can be implemented as recommendations in the selection of apprentices

Abstract

Document classification in the Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKA) Kab. Deli Serdang is very important to do to facilitate the process of disposition of letters for all employees who are in the agency. However, currently the disposition of the letter at BPKA Kab. Deli Serdang has not been effective because it is still done manually. The process of disposition of letters that is done manually will take a long time and often mistakes are made by employees (human error) in determining the classification of documents because accuracy is needed in classifying documents. From the above problems, it can be concluded that the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Deli Serdang Regency is in dire need of a document classification system. In this case, there are several document classification methods, namely K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Cosine Similarity, Naive Bayes and many other classification methods. And the Naive Bayes method is considered the most suitable in the application of document classification to the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Deli Serdang Regency. In this study, the author uses the Naive Bayes Algorithm method in classifying documents on the disposition of incoming letters at the District Financial and Asset Management Agency. Deli Serdang. With this research, it is hoped that it can help the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Deli Serdang Regency in conducting the disposition of letters

Abstract

Notary Office and PPAT I Wayan Pastika is one of the offices that offer services in the field of notary which is located at street Kebayan Number 11 Sumbawa Besar. Currently, administrative activities at the Notary's office and PPAT Wayan Pastika are still manual or not computerized, such as in recording and checking incoming and outgoing data. This is Research is needed to help the notary office and PPAT I Wayan Pastika in the data processing. This study aims to build an application for notary deed and PPAT order data recording, which was built using the waterfall method software design and data collection methods with interviews, observations, and literature studies. This application is built using the Laravel framework with the PHP programming language, and Java Script and Mysql database. The final result of this research is an application for notary deed order data recording and PPAT to assist office staff in processing data
